There is nice furniture and the place is very clean. Flat fenced yard with a patio area that's great for chilling out.
Currently available:
1 x double room with walkin and ensuite for $250 pw
1 x large single rooms with a shared bathroom $160 pw
The price includes electricity and internet... and the place is air-conditioned.

There is NO BOND, but you have to pay 4 weeks to move in, with rent payable every 2 weeks after that.
