Close to bus stop, shops and beach. Walking distance to College of English or TAFE. Home base for Island workers, travellers, boat crew, student, would all suit.

We are looking for single or a couple to rent this room; short or long term.

We are a professional working couple and would like someone who works/studies with morning/day time hours.  We are friendly, quiet and well mannered and respectful of others as we would want you to be.

Very pleasant atmosphere, but not a loud party home.
